How Can I Place An Order?

All orders will be placed through our "Custom Order Request" form which is found on our Order tab. Once we get to it you will be contacted via email or phone number or even sooner reply would be via Instagram Dm @Ricascookies_ and this will be to finalize details for you order.

What Forms Of Payment Are Available?

We prefer Zelle as the main form of payment but we also do accept Debit/Credit Card, Venmo, and Cashapp.

How Many Designs Can I Get?

You get to choose up to 4 designs per dozen. This goes for cookies as well as any other treats available on our menu.

What Cake Flavors And Filling Do You Have?

Flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Banana, Pecan, Oreo, Marble and Red Velvet.

Filling: Jam (flavor of your choice), cream cheese, cream cheese with Oreo, Nutella, and Caramel.

Are Your Treats Sealed?

All of our cookies are individually wrapped and sealed in clear cellophane. The rest of our treats and goodies are NOT individually sealed and are placed in a clear box for quicker and easier transportation.

Do You Offer Shipping?

Yes we do for an additional fee but only across the United States . The only treats that are available for shipping are our cookies. The icing won't melt and we add bubble wrap to prevent any from breaking.

Do You Offer Delivery?

Yes we do for an additional fee. We deliver as long as we have a driver available and deliver on a 25 mile radius of the City of Carson, CA.

Where Do I Pick-Up My Order?

We are located in the City of Carson, California. After you order is confirmed and place you will be sent an email or message on our pick-up instructions where the address will be provided as well.

Does Your Products Contain Nuts?

Our treats itself does not contain any nut ingredients. We only add nuts to the treats upon request, for example on the design of the cake, fillings or on treats only if requested.
